  • We ship all in-stock items in 1-2 days of when orders are placed. Unless otherwise stated, “Buyer” will be responsible for any freight cost associated with the delivery of product to its destination and will be pre-paid and added to the Buyer’s invoice. Any extra or additional charges the responsibility of “Buyer”. All shipments will be F.O.B our warehouse, the Factory, or the Vendor for Items that are drop shipped.

    Large Shipments:

    Large items are shipped via truck freight and costs for this vary depending on location and extras. These items will be tagged to call us for Truck Freight costs on the product information page

  • We will accept merchandise for return within 45 days of shipment. Special tools made to order are not returnable. To return merchandise you must call us for a Return Authorization.No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Please call or email so that we may know your problem. This will help us replace your merchandise promptly. All returns are subject to inspection. Include with your return a copy of your invoice or packing slip. All merchandise must be returned in original undamaged packing along with any certifications, instructions, parts, etc. Failure to do so will result in either a credit reduction or denial. Return items via UPS prepaid and insure packages over $100.00. If the error was our, we will credit your account.

  • AS THE "SELLER" WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, OF PERFORMANCE, MERCHANTABILITY, WORKMANSHIP, FITNESS, QUALITY, DURABILITY OR SUITABILITY OF THE MERCHANDISE IN ANY RESPECT INCLUDING ITS FITNESS FOR THE PURPOSE AND USES OF THE "BUYER". THE ONLY WARRANTIES APPLYING TO MATERIALS SOLD ARE THOSE SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER. "SELLER" FURTHER MAKES NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS WITH RESPECT TO ANY CHANGES, ALTERATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS MADE IN MATERIALS AT THE REQUEST OR INSTRUCTION OF THE PURCHASER. THE OBLIGATIONS OF SELLER ARE LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PARTS OR, AT ITS SOLE OPTION, TO THE REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE. "SELLER” IS NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL “SELLER” BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS).
